With a background in filmmaking and a strong grasp of both creative and commercial work, Lachlan leads our visual direction across video, photography and brand strategy. He brings a cinematic eye and clear storytelling to every project, helping agents stand out with media built to leave a lasting impression.
Head Photographer / Director
Matt is all about getting the details right, behind the camera and in how the job gets done. With a background in architecture and photography, he knows how to present homes in a way that feels polished yet real. He also helps guide the business behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly from booking to delivery.
Our story
Fresh out of high school, close friends Lachlan and Matt found themselves drawn to the creative energy of the music industry. With cameras in hand, they spent years filming, photographing and producing content for artists, learning how to tell stories, work under pressure and bring ideas to life.
Along the way they connected with industry professionals and major labels, gaining firsthand experience in high-level creative production and collaboration. During that time they also developed a keen interest in architectural design and real estate, and saw an opportunity to apply everything they had learned to a new industry.
Today, RISE Realty Media brings that same passion and focus to every shoot, combining creative instinct with the consistency and care that agents rely on.
